I run Palmetto Presence myself in Charleston, SC. I work one-on-one with local businesses to build professional websites and set them up properly on Google, so customers can find them, call them, and choose them.
My background
Marketing know-how, applied locally.
I studied marketing and management, partly in London and partly at the College of Charleston. Learning in two very different cities gave me a broad view of how businesses earn attention, and a clear sense of how much Charleston runs on word of mouth and community.
I know this field well. Now I put that knowledge to work for the independent businesses that give this city its character.

Good local businesses deserve to be found.
Charleston is full of great small businesses: the shop with loyal regulars, the contractor everyone recommends, the restaurant locals swear by. Many are still hard to find online, with no website, an outdated one, or a Google listing missing hours and photos.
Today, the first impression often happens online, before anyone calls or walks in. I started Palmetto Presence to help local businesses make that impression count, without the cost or complexity of a big agency.
